1. Who is responsible
DreamSense product data
Aliaksei Kavalko & Aliaksei Makush determine why and how DreamSense account data, dream entries, voice input, life events, AI reports and product analytics are processed.
Privacy requests concerning the journal, account content and AI reports should be sent to privacy@dreamsense.me.
Payment data
Rikama Technologies FZE LLC, registration number 5009, at Ajman Media City Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, is the seller and Merchant of Record and is separately responsible for subscription, invoice, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting and mandatory transaction data.
Billing privacy requests should be sent to billing@dreamsense.me.
Rikama does not determine the purpose of analysing dream content and must not receive dream text or report content as part of ordinary payment processing.
2. Product data
The DreamSense product may process:
- email, account ID and settings;
- authentication records;
- dream entries;
- voice recordings and transcriptions;
- emotions, ratings and life events;
- AI-generated reports and summaries;
- symbols, tags and pattern information;
- device, security and feature-usage data;
- product-support communications.
Free-text entries can contain highly personal or sensitive information. Users should avoid unnecessary names and identifying details about third parties.
3. Payment data
Rikama and Stripe may process:
- customer and subscription IDs;
- plan, amount, currency and tax information;
- payment, refund and dispute status;
- billing country;
- card brand and last four digits where provided;
- fraud signals;
- invoices, receipts and billing-support messages.
Complete card numbers and card security codes are handled by Stripe and are not stored by DreamSense or Rikama.
4. Purposes
Product data is used to:
- create and manage the account;
- store and display journal entries;
- generate requested transcription and AI reports;
- provide pattern and history features;
- secure and maintain the product;
- provide requested product support;
- comply with applicable law.
Payment data is used to:
- sell and activate subscriptions;
- issue receipts;
- process cancellations and refunds;
- prevent fraud;
- manage disputes and chargebacks;
- comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations.
5. AI processing
Dream entries and selected context may be sent to contracted AI or transcription providers selected by the DreamSense product operator.
Before submission, users must be informed that:
- processing is automated;
- output may be inaccurate;
- output is not medical or psychological advice;
- contracted providers may process the content to generate the requested result.
The DreamSense product operator must maintain a private list of its actual AI providers, processing locations, retention terms and contractual restrictions.
Private dream content must not be used for advertising or general-purpose model training unless the user separately and voluntarily agrees.
6. Recipients
Data may be shared with:
- contracted AI and transcription providers for requested reports;
- hosting and security providers;
- Google Gmail or Google Workspace for support and service email;
- optional analytics and monitoring providers;
- Google or Meta for user-selected social login;
- Stripe for payments;
- advisers or authorities where legally required.
Only data necessary for the stated purpose should be shared.
7. International processing
Some providers may process data outside the user’s country.
The party responsible for the relevant data must ensure that any legally required transfer safeguards are in place.
8. Retention

Deletion of a DreamSense account does not require Rikama to erase invoices or transaction records that it must legally retain.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should include:
- encryption in transit;
- protected storage and backups;
- least-privilege access;
- protected credentials;
- audit logs that exclude dream content;
- incident-response procedures;
- processor access limited to the requested function.
Dream content is not visible to other users.
10. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection or consent withdrawal.

The responsible party may verify identity before completing a request.
11. Account deletion and subscription cancellation
Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete the journal.
Account deletion starts the product-data deletion process.
Account deletion does not automatically create a refund. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
12. Cookies
Cookies and browser storage are explained in the Cookie Policy.
13. Children
DreamSense is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
14. Changes
Material changes will be published with an updated date and any notice required by applicable law.
